Love Your Movement This February

February is a good time to refocus on the movement practices that support your long-term health and function. At Core Conditioning, we emphasize consistent training, proper biomechanics, and listening to your body's signals—the fundamentals that keep you moving well.

We're adding new Pilates classes at our Burbank location. Angel Pennington will be teaching every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM. Whether you're in rehabilitation, maintaining your current fitness level, or working to improve mobility and strength, our Studio City and Burbank locations provide the expertise and programming to support your goals.

This month, focus on what matters: regular movement, correct alignment, and progressive training.

Book a session with an Instructor or a Physical Therapist depending on your needs or join a class!  Consistent effort produces lasting results.
