Thinking About Becoming a Pilates Instructor?

If you’ve ever considered turning your love of movement into a career, now is the time to explore the Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training pathway at Core Conditioning.

The journey begins with Movement Principles — a foundational, three-day workshop designed to help you understand how the body moves, how to observe alignment, and how to begin teaching with confidence.

Movement Principles (January 30 – February 1, 2026)
Core Conditioning, Studio City
Limited to 15 participants

This workshop is the required first step toward Balanced Body certification and sets the foundation for all future Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus training.

CoreAlign Instructor Training 1: Foundations

The CoreAlign provides a superior environment for training gait, balance, core stability and sport specific movements in a flexible and dynamic environment. CoreAlign 1: Foundations, is the heart of the CoreAlign training program. The course includes the theoretical basis of the CoreAlign method along with essential exercises to illustrate the full potential of the CoreAlign.

Pilates Mat 1 Instructor Training

Balanced Body Mat 1 includes an introduction to the history and principles of Pilates, a review of core anatomy, beginning and most intermediate level exercises with modifications, lectures on class order and programming in a fitness setting and guidelines for safely teaching seniors and pre-, and post-natal classes.
