Building Strength From the Inside Out

As we approach the end of 2025, we want to take a moment to thank you for being part of the Core Conditioning community. Whether you came to us this year to rehabilitate an injury, improve your mobility, or build strength for the activities that matter most, it's been our privilege to support your progress.

When we think about strength and movement, we often focus on abs, arms, or legs. But there is a critical area that deserves just as much attention: hip strength. Whether you are an athlete, a desk worker, a parent, or someone recovering from injury, strong hips are essential for overall health. Your hips are the link between your upper and lower body. They are involved in nearly every movement you make.

Thank you for trusting us with your well-being. Here's to a strong finish to 2025 and a healthy start to 2026.

Move of the Month

The Thomas Stretch is a great way to release tight hip flexors—especially if you sit a lot or feel stiffness in the front of your hips. Lower one leg off the edge of a table while holding the opposite knee to your chest to gently open the front of the hip. Hold 30–45 seconds and repeat 2–3 times for improved mobility and reduced low-back and hip tension.
