Embrace Hydration
With warmer temperatures, staying hydrated is key to feeling your best. Beyond just water, think about incorporating water-rich fruits and vegetables like watermelon, cucumbers, and berries into your diet. Keep a reusable water bottle handy as a visual reminder to sip throughout the day!

Module 1 introduces the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Module 1 includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment.

Konnector® Instructor Training
