February is known for being the shortest month of the year, but is also filled with a lot of significant holidays and celebrations such as Groundhogs day, Presidents day and Black History month. Although there are so many significant holidays and celebrations, the most well known holiday in February is Valentine's day.
Valentine's day is a day in which we celebrate our significant others and show them how much we appreciate them. However, the only way that we can show the ones that we love how much they mean to us is to make sure that we take care of ourselves physically. In the spirit of groundhogs day it is vital that we exercise consistently everyday to keep our hearts healthy. Let's continue to love ourselves and our loved ones and make sure that we continue to exercise and move daily!

Advanced Movement Principles: The Lower Body
|
The lower body is the center of strength, endurance, and functional movement. When misalignments or injuries in the hip, knee, ankle or foot are present, we lose ease, economy and efficiency. This course includes 18 hours of in-person instruction and 10 hours of video material.
You will come away with a structured plan for assessing lower body alignment, myofascial balance and functional abilities and a clear understanding of exercise progressions to improve performance and minimize injuries.
