Roasted Cauliflower Red Pepper Pesto Soup
Healthy roasted cauliflower soup slowly cooked with garlic, sweet red pepper and onion then pureed with vegetarian broth.
This session introduces a winter skating workout focused on building core strength and balance. By performing split slides and squats, we engage our glutes and improve posture, making it a fun way to stay active during the colder months.
Alma Viva is currently a student at CSUN, pursuing a bachelors degree in kinesiology with a focus in dance. When Alma Viva isn’t working or studying she enjoys making art, cuddling with her cat Michi, and spending time outdoors.
Alessia Morelli
Alessia's passion for Fitness and Physical Therapy began at very young age, with her family owning a gym in Italy. She is surrounded by a family of professional athletes. She got her university degree in Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy in Milan and is a certified Personal Trainer.
After a break in her career, she is now happy to return to a rehabilitative environment and thankful to be part of the Core team.
Reformer 2 expands the potential of the Reformer with intermediate and advanced exercises and modifications along with programs designs for special populations including pre–and post–natal clients and clients with osteoporosis and lower back injuries. Class design, dynamic assessment and correcting common dysfunctional movement patterns are also included.

This course will introduce you to the Reformer as a tool for effective neuromotor training. Learn how to use the Reformer’s spring resistance in a variety of functional positions, including supine, seated, all-fours, and standing, to resolve movement impairments and restore overall function.
Reformer 3 is the pinnacle of the Reformer work and includes advanced and super advanced exercises to challenge clients to achieve their best. Progressive sequences designed to teach students advanced movement skills are included along with an introduction to the revolutionary Principle Based Programming System helping you to create successful classes for clients at any level.
