The days are getting shorter and the leaves are turning orange. It's Fall season! It's a beautiful time of the year where the hottest summers transition us towards cooler temperatures. It's the period of change, not just for the trees or the skies, but for us to shift into the next chapter in our lives. Whether we are returning to school, welcoming life into the world, this is our time to greet change at our front door.

Alyssa Anguiano is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California Lutheran and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Cal State University, Northridge (CSUN). She is completing her comprehensive Pilates training, integrating this methodology into her therapeutic practice to enhance her clients' rehabilitation and wellness. She is also trained in CoreAlign and Redcord.
In her free time she enjoys being an avid runner, and believes in the power of movement for both physical and mental well-being. Fluent in Spanish, she is committed to providing accessible care to diverse communities. She worked with the Core Conditioning staff as an intern for many months and has officially become part of their highly knowledgeable, compassionate and skillful team.

Felipe joined Core in 2024 after graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant at CBD College, in Los Angeles. He chose to be a PTA when he decided to join his love for physical activity and being of service to others. He feels rewarded by helping people regain their strength, confidence, and joy in life.
During his free time, Felipe enjoys working out, going to the movies, watching sports, and playing video games.

Reformer 1 Instructor Training
Reformer 1 introduces you to the biomechanical foundation of the Pilates method and to the essential components of functional core strength, lumbopelvic and scapular stability, as well as assessing and correcting alignment and improving flexibility. Pre-Pilates exercises are included for teaching these key principles to your clients and classes.
