The move of the month will focus on improving shoulder mobility, stability, posture & pain. This move is not only for children, but adults who suffer from shoulder dysfunction.

This exercise focuses on improving shoulder stability & mobility through the use of scapular glides. This can be performed using a foam roller or a towel.

This course will introduce you to the Reformer as a tool for effective neuromotor training. Learn how to use the Reformer’s spring resistance in a variety of functional positions, including supine, seated, all-fours, and standing, to resolve movement impairments and restore overall function.

Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels Instructor Training: Module 1
Module 1 introduces the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Module 1 includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment.
