Back to School

This is the last month of summer and school is heading back into session. Kids these days continue to carry a heavy load on their backs, full of textbooks and devices needed for their education, which will lead to bad posture & shoulder pain. The move of the month will focus on improving shoulder mobility, stability, posture & pain. This move is not only for children, but adults who suffer from shoulder dysfunction.

Improving Stability and Mobility

This exercise focuses on improving shoulder stability & mobility through the use of scapular glides. This can be performed using a foam roller or a towel.

Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels Instructor Training: Module 1

 

Module 1 introduces the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Module 1 includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment.
