This course teaches beginner to intermediate level exercises and how to use them to treat a range of common injuries including lower back pain, hip and knee pain, and shoulder injuries. This 16-hour gateway course satisfies the Reformer 1 requirement for the Balanced Body Pilates instructor training program.
