Become a Star!

The Star is a Pilates exercise which aims to work on your obliques, shoulders, and side-body stability and balance. This is a great transition exercise during a movement series or can be a great challenge when varied. Variations in this video include; moving up & down from the star position, holding the star position while performing upper trunk rotation, and holding the star position while lifting the top leg into the air.

Module 1 introduces the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Module 1 includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment.
